We recently engaged Emerald Landscaping to help prepare the exterior of our property for a party we were hosting. Sam was able to accommodate our tight timeline and started and finished the project on time. His team was professional and worked diligently for 4 days straight, 8+ Hours a day in the heat of summer to complete the project. The scope included re-graveling landscape areas along both sides of our 100 foot driveway, regraveling our 100 foot driveway, grading and graveling the rear yard landscape area against the house, and creating a new landscape area in the rear yard as well. I believe nearly 60 tons of gravel was used for this project. Sam and his crew went above and beyond in working with me to ensure the project was a complete success. We couldn't be happier with the results, and the property is absolutely stunning. We hired Emerald Landscaping to replace three concrete stairs in our patio area, they placed three black wrought iron railings around our property, and they replaced a wrought iron fence that had rusted and fell down. We are exceedingly pleased with all the work. It was done in a professional manner and all the workers were very knowledgeable. The cost for all this work was very competitive with the three estimates that we obtained. Special recognition should be given to "Margie." Margie is the first person you speak with at Emerald and her goal is to make your experience as pleasant as possible. They provide free estimates and the owner, " Sam" came out to provide the service along with some very valuable recommendations that took my wife's current physical challenges in to account. Margie was wonderful to work with and responded quickly to any questions we asked. The weeds, etc. had become out of control and due to my busy work schedule, I found it nearly impossible to stay on top of it. The two gentlemen that were sent to manage the work and tidy up all of the beds and rock areas were super. They were thorough, neat, and left the yard looking beautiful. Emerald does the mowing service for me and I have now added the additional service of weeding on a routine basis to keep my yard from being overrun with weeds again. I recently needed repairs made to my patio steps, and an after thought was to also have a handrailing installed. I went online to research companies in the local area who do this type of work. One company came to my house, took measurements and pictures however, I never heard back from them. About the same time, I heard from Emerald Landscaping. I sent them photos of the issue I had with my patio steps and added a request for a handrailing to be installed, and in very short order I had an estimate for the work to be done. The estimate was more than reasonable. The crews that came to do the work were professional, friendly, and thorough. AND, the very friendly and professional lady who keeps you informed of everything from start to finish is more than a pleasure to work with. So, these folks at Emerald have been providing my landscaping services at the house for almost three years now. Not one bad thing to say about them. Flowers get turned over 3x/year, spring cleanup, mulching, mowing, trimming and weeding as necessary, and on and on. Great crews each week throughout the Summer.
